Setting up

In this section, you will set up everything you need to complete the tutorial.

Prerequisites🔗

You should have a GitHub personal account. See the "Signing up for a new GitHub account" page in the GitHub docs.

Creating a GitHub repository and Codespace.🔗

We will use a new GitHub repository for this tutorial, cloned from the standard OpenSAFELY research template.

Follow the instructions from the OpenSAFELY tutorial to create a new repository and then create a GitHub codespace.
